Before we headed off for the holidays, we packed our bags and set off for a three-day team building in Berlin. This trip was the perfect opportunity to reflect on our successes, strengthen our connections, and prepare for an exciting 2025!
First, we kicked things off by diving into our goals for the year ahead, but once the serious talk was done, it was time to dive into everything Berlin had to offer:
- Getting inspired by local art: Guided by a local artist, we discovered the city’s iconic alternative sights of the capital and soaked up stories that brought Berlin’s creative history to life.
- Catching up with Eileen: Meeting Eileen, our amazing PR partner in Berlin, was a highlight! She shared insights about her daily life in the city and introduced us to some of her favourite local spots.
- Trying out new food: Whether it was a classic Döner kebab or a cosy meal in a stylish restaurant, we made the most of Berlin’s vibrant food scene (and we’ll be dreaming about it for a while…).
- Partying the “Berlin way”: Berlin wouldn’t be Berlin without its techno scene! We explored different spots during our Christmas party, filled with laughter, great music, and unforgettable memories.
This adventure wasn’t just about celebrating the past year. It was about reconnecting, recharging, and reminding ourselves what makes Brum Smith so special: our creativity, teamwork, and supporting each other to grow and achieve amazing things together.
We’ll definitely carry the energy of our Berlin adventure into 2025, and we already can’t wait to see what’s ahead!
