Team spirit and fresh perspectives in Ghent

Brum Smith · 18 May 2025

On the agenda?

A delicious Italian team dinner (We know what's good!);
A fun night out including cocktails and a DJ set (and it was not Bram this time);
An insightful MBTI debrief with Lieve Degelin, because understanding how we think and work makes us even better collaborators;
And a boat tour through Ghent’s stunning medieval canals.

We ended the trip on a sunny terrace, where we said goodbye and raised a glass to our amazing interns Célestine and Nicolas. Luckily, not for long…

This trip set the bar high, but we already look forward to our next team getaway. Where should we go next?
